About sample     

What do you need to charge for sample?

We need to the sample fee to buy the material for your customized design, and we need to pay salary to  the designer and worker, also we need to pay the pringting and the embroidery.

How much is the sample fee?

Sample fee depends on your design, the more simple, the sample fee will be less, it usually about 80 USD.

Does the sample fee will be refunded?

Sample fee will be refunded if your order quantity is above 3,000pcs. 

What's the sample time?

It depends on your order quantity, usually about 5-7 days 

How about the sample freight ?

If you have an internetional express account, you can choose freight collect, if not, you can pay it together with the sample fee.

Does the sample can be modified?

Yes, you could modify it on your advice until you satisfy with it.

Does your price is competitive?

Yes, we have good material supplier, and we have our own factory.

Can I get a discount?

The discount is up to your order quantity, big order quantity will have more discount, and your rolling order can help you get a bigger discount.

   About quality    

How do you ensure that the quality of the goods?

Our factory has 13 years experiences in plush toys, our workers are 10-20 years experiences too, and our QC department will check the finished toys one by one to make sure the quality is good. 

  Aboout lead time  

Can you make it quicker? for it's really urgent.

Lead time is usually about 30-45 days, our urgent order is acceptable, but you may pay more money.
